We meet at the home of one of the group members
The long established Bourne U3A Creative Writing 1 has successfully published five collections of their prose and poetry in the “Bourne To Write” booklets.
Group members choose which subjects to write on and which form they will take, which could range from haikus to sonnets to comic verse and cover articles, autobiography and fiction in all genres.
When requested, tuition is given in areas such as scansion and dialogue and beginners are welcome.
